Sunday, May 29th CFT “Grace for a cure”. Make sure you get over there for a good time and a great cause. There will be no classes at Motor City CrossFit on Sunday OR Memorial Day.

5 days left to sign up for the MCCF Summer open to receive an event T-Shirt. You will be able to sign up after that but we need to get the T-Shirt order in buy June 1st.

I was planning on going to CFT for Amazing Grace, but now I’m confused……. it is Saturday? or is it May 29th? Cause they are not the same day.
