Schedule update – Saturday Kids Classes and upcoming events

There will be NO kids class this Saturday, May 21st, June 4th, June 11th or June 18th. The Wednesday classes will run as scheduled.

Also, Oakland County CrossFit is hosting the OCCF Michigan State Championships & Open this weekend. Always a fun time to head out to the OC!

And May 29th is the “Grace for a Cure” at CrossFit Transformation. Good WOD for a great cause. Let me know if you have any questions and if you haven’t received the invite via Facebook.

JD, what are the MIchigan State Championships? Followed the link but just got a registration page. Is it a crossfit contest? Open to anyone?

It’s at Oakland County CrossFit – check their site but it’s an olympic lifting competition I think.

Yeah, it’s a USAW-sponsored meet. Is anybody going? I think it’s on Sunday, which is when I get back from the World of Beer Expo in Frankenmuth. :p
