Hi All –
For the past 5 years my wife (Tracy) had a team in the Detroit Race for a Cure to honor her Grandma’s fight with breast cancer. This year she is joining forces with Motor City CrossFit. I know first hand how tough the economy is so we aren’t asking for donations this year, instead we hope to have a big team of walkers and runners. You can do a one mile or 5k walk or 5k run. It is on Saturday May 30th. Please join us!
I will be running in the 5K and Tracy is walking with Micah. So bring the kids and walk, or race – but please come!!
