KAIZEN–Summer 2010- Deliberate. Specific.
Pushing cars, climbing ropes and flipping tires. Running, stretching, squatting and dragging sleds. The off season brings its own rewards. Deliberate specific training is about a process. The process of removing delicate memories and instead instilling resolute muscle memory in its place. Over and over, practiced routines wasting no time or thinking. Nothing overrides impulse-the impulse to win, to be the best, to be bigger, faster, stronger than your opponent. Everything in sports depends on which side of the training you’re on!
My philosophy is simple, deliberate specific training is the active ingredient that transforms goals into reality. Let’s train!

Dr. C is nuts! These kids would have an easier time working for Nike in Laos…or wherever that all went down.
I can’t tell? Which one of those short people is Dr. C? J/K
That training is just what those kids need. Keep up the great work!
My first comment was meant as a joke. Not a very good one but a joke nonetheless. The good Dr. runs a very good, safe and intense training program.
