Every Tuesday evening MCCF’s super trainer Sherry (Hippie) Hopkins runs a boot camp style workout that is open to everyone. There is only a $10 drop in fee that is required for each session. Sherry has gained a lot of experience in the last few years both running CrossFit classes as well as her boot camp. She has experience with advanced athletes, people coming off of injuries as well as beginners just starting on their quest for health and fitness. Sherry’s boot camp offers a variance of workouts designed to utilize functional movements at a high intensity. She uses gymnastics, weightlifting and calisthenics as the method to achieve this fitness and also works with people on diet modifications specific to their goals/personal circumstances. If you’re interested please drop in Tuesday evening at 7:30pm and join in on the fun.
