Last year this WOD would prove to be my biggest disappointment during the Sectionals. I could only stand up with this weight twice, then watch the clock tick away. With the programming of MCCF and the motivation from the “group wods” I got 5X last years reps for a total of 10, less than a year has passed……..this shit works!! Thanks to all my motivators
Mike Delmonico here got a 10# PR and barely missed a 20# PR (215#) twice… yay!

Less than a year ago I was only able to get 1.5 of these, this year I got 8 (and that was on sore legs and shoulders from the WOD yesterday). I will cling to my improvement percentage over PFP who ONLY hit 500%, while I was able to achieve 533%.
