Great work Stema & KQ for doing this Rx’d. And to the boys that did it Rx too.
I should have gone a little heavier than I did but still a good wod.
Did 5×3 back squats for strength and got some coaching the low bar back squats. Thanks JD.
Did some hill sprints with JD & Justin after the wod.

Crazy fun WOD today! 10:00 rx’d. Also had a great time at the hill! I don’t love sprinting but I figure it’s about the only way I’ll ever have abs like Donna! 🙂

That was a fun WOD, though I could see the potential mind game it could play. Slightly tender on the shoulder today but didn’t stop me with the PR thruster! Wahoo!
