Nick is crazy strong…bad day for me

8 rounds +1 backwards burpee. Flat body every rep. Not sure if that was rx’d. Just seemed right because they were harder.

I don’t mind DL’s but the backward burpees are stupid! Not hard to do but I will say that my back feels bruised from rolling on the floor. Next time i am using a mat. Yes I am whining and I am now done with whining 🙂

What the hell is going on? I leave for a few weeks all of the sudden there all these crazy numbers being put up. Nick that is just plain outstanding. Way to do some work and represent us little guys.
