My 1st time at the Filthy 50, Rx’d @ 38:19.
Not the best time, but I finished. That I am proud of. I wanted to quit with the burpees and contemplated doing so for a brief moment. I finished with a great quick end and nailed my DU’s. Amazing what motivation can do for you!
Lots of reasons why I didn’t PR this one. I’ll go with over a week off and the flu last week. Still, only 55 sec short of my PR time.
