10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
Set up three bars and storm through for time.

The deadlift got heavy fast and the bench was a little too easy. After all the double under attempts, it felt great to work with the weights.
This might be a new favorite for me!

16:04…I think…I used the weight from the last time I did this but will have to go heavier next time…this was a 3 + minute pr…:)

St Pat’s Celebration + WOD = Not so good 🙁 But I did do a heavier deadlift then I thought I could do (175#) Thanks Matt for making me stick to it!!
