I had fun with this one.
8 Rds + 8 Push Presses Rx’d (from the ground)
I did diane today…5:51. No PR but I did conventional deadlifts instead of sumo style. those just take more out of me I think.
10 rounds but did 55# push press to keep my sore shoulder somewhat happy.

A challenge after not doing much for 2 weeks on my shoulder. Kept it at 65#/25#, shoulder sore but not bad. Ice will do the trick. 10rds + 3 PP.
I must say it was a great stress relief to be back!

I did 8 rounds/10 kb swings/2 box jumps. I was just shy of my goal of 9 rounds. I feel good though because I pushed it the entire time.
