Team almost-5k relay:
In teams of 4, each person performs one movement at a time, until everyone has completed 3 full rounds:
Run 400m
Burpees
Pullups
Box Jumps (no step-ups)
When time is complete, subtract 2 seconds from your time for every burpee, 2 seconds for every pullup, and 1 second for every box jump.

Is that a new ride at Cedar Point? If you gals could have incorporated this feat on a roller coaster ride…..now that would be awesome! No guts, no glory
