Few things I have learned in this wod. 1) I still have a mental block when doing pullups for a wod. 2) I get distracted when I am next to someone doing pullups and 3) I need to break the pattern shown in issues 1 and 2……
Things I have and will continue to do to improve this; weighted negatives, more pullups and ring rows. Any more tips?????

WOD: 12 rounds + 1 pull up Rx’d PR
Much better for me then when we did 15 RFT back in July. I only did 10 rounds with a 25 minute limit. Granted, I was sick at the time, but this is still a big victory for me. It’s my first official time doing Cindy and it was Rx’d. Hell yeah!! My pull ups and squats are getting way stronger and my pushups are getting a little weaker. I’m good with this, for now.

A very happy day! I stayed off of the band for all of my pull-ups, AND I stayed off of my knees for all of my push-ups. Both were firsts in a WOD. Writing “Rx’d” meant a lot to me for this Cindy!!
