Good day with Troy Hockey, guys put some pretty heavy weights overhead.

It was SnOwInG in the gym today!!! No, not really. It was snowing chalk.

This picture brings us to our next point: Chalk helps. Chalk baths don’t. Please try to follow some basic chalk etiquette:
– Try to keep the blocks in one piece. Don’t purposely break them up so you can have your own piece right next to you during a workout.
– If you need chalk powder (the brick works better, trust me), get some on your hands INSIDE the bucket, keep your hands in the bucket, spread it around as needed *still inside* the bucket, brush the excess off, and bring your hands off. If chalk is dripping off your hands when you bring them out, that’s a chalk FAIL.
– I can’t think of any more offhand, but it’s mostly just common sense. Save our poor cleaning crew some effort, chalk is really a nightmare to clean up in mass quantities.
– Insert your own chalk discussion in comments.

AND, on a final note, congrats to John for finishing Angie RX’d for the first time!
