Fight Gone Bad
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating, for a total of 3 rounds. The stations are:
Wall-ball: 20/15# ball, 10/8′ target
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75/55#
Box Jump: 20″ box
Push-press: 75/55#
Row: calories (count calories for reps)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
If you don’t feel like this in the middle of round 2 of Fight Gone Bad, you’re probably doing something wrong…

OH! Remember, we now have the Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 AM classes up and running, wake up early and see Yvette’s smiling face! That means Monday through Friday, 6 AM is on baby! Yeah! And another !!!! just for good measure. !
Pfffft, 6AM…9:30AM was hard enough for me as it was. Crazy morning people.
Pts count up to be @ 212….hated every moment of it, but I want a rematch; but I definately felt like i got knock on my ass after 3rds!
I did go up 17 points on my score, but I wasn’t too happy with my performance. The combination of the heat, a weekend filled with debauchery, and the 8 day old tupperware lunch I ate yesterday (I paid the price for this last piece this morning as well!) lead to me not feeling at my peak. I really do like this workout and I am going to work to add another 20 reps to my score and catch up with PFP who broke into the 300 club yesterday.

I actually lost reps this time around (6am wod perhaps?), but look forward to doing this again.
Being at the 6am class was fun, in a blurry eyed yawn kind of way.
