My favorite Saturday mornings are when I can hit both the Oly Class and FreeFit.. Great group for O-Lifting…I’m finally feeling comfortable doing a snatch…time to up the weight!
Team Life Alert kicked some major ass today during Free Fit. Props goes to Byron for keeping up with Fred, Ben and myself. Fred, you’re a beast, I want to be like you when I grow up!
