LOL…Nicole has on , knee highs, packaging tape, and pair of pants tied to her thigh.I don’t know if she is trying to climb the rope or make a delivery. All she needs now is a box and an Address (321 Hell drive, 48312 ) , and she can be the fittest UPS employee! The things we do to…

WOD was in my wheelhouse for sure, except for those damn 135lb thrusters. Prewrap will now and forever be a part of my bag along with tape.
23:56 Rx’d
Stellar job PFP.

I would not describe 135# thrusters to be in my wheelhouse…. 25:14 Rx’d (is it bad that I am trying to catch up to two men who each have at least a decade on me?? [Gunny & PFP, honestly I only hope that I can be in the shape that you guys are in when I am your age]).
I did use ski socks and duct tape for the rope climbs and it worked really well protecting my ankle and lower leg. I did somehow manage to get a really nice rope burn on the inside of my upper thigh that has proven to be the gift that keeps on giving (all day today I have been trying walk without my pants touching the inside of my leg, this is very difficult by the way). That rope can definitely tear you apart quick!
Also, was Vinny the one that named the picture of his wife on today’s post “Nice Rack Position”? Am I the only one that found the humor in this?

Hahah. Rack position. 31:10 rx’d I taped my leg like a blind retard and missed a large portion. Ladies- don’t try to freakin shave over it. My forearms are sore as hell!! Good WOD.
