Made my first 6 am class for this one and it worked out great. Awesome people in the class and I felt so good all day long. Looking forward to hitting m-w-f all summer long. That is as long as my babysitter keeps showing up at 5:30! 🙂
Back squat, 135-145-155-165-175 I’m pretty sure there was a pr in there somewhere, but I couldn’t find a 5×5 back squat in my book???
