integrate the function (don’t know how to make the integral symbol with a keyboard) F(x)dx where the function(x) is 7 – X^2 using the upper ordinate of 2 and the lower ordinate of -1

It kinda felt like I was doing advanced math with all the 1/2 bodyweight…3/4 bodyweight….how do I get a 33 lb. bar loaded to 59 lbs…….??? I wasted a lot of energy with all that brain power, so that’s my excuse. 🙂
