Bear Complex:
5 Rounds of the following:
7 Reps, where 1 rep is each of the following:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
Pick your own weight, start light, and try to go heavy towards the end.
You canNOT set the bar down within a round. You must complete all 7 reps without putting the bar down. If you can’t, it’s a failed set.

I am happy to have completed a full Bear Complex at 95#. Great job today everyone!
