The idea for the WOD is to pick 2 movements that you can do unbroken and that you can keep moving the whole 20 minutes. I also will start adding the extra pictures to the photo gallery.


My wod: Run 400, 10 ring dips, 15 kb swings. I felt every movement today from yesterday’s 12.3. It was a long 20 min today.
