I love hitting up last year’s sectional WODS. What a great way to show your progress. When I did this last year it was my first WOD with Rxd t2bs. It was horrible….but I did it.

Agreed. It’s been fun revisiting the open wods from last year. I didn’t even do this wod last year because the clean wt was heavy and I was a head case. 6 rnds + 3 ttb. Gotta learn to cycle my ttb!
