Retraining myself to do DL’s properly is one of the most frustrating things I’ve had to deal with. After almost 3 years doing Crossfit I’ve developed some very bad form.
On another note thank you Shawn for the “present”. I smelled whip cream all day and I’m pretty sure there’s some still stuck up my nostrils. 🙂
There was supposedly a video of the gift giving, but while JD is a great trainer he’s not so good with the camera.
