A Dumbbell Burpee-Clean-Thruster is exactly what it sounds like. Take 2 dumbbells, do a burpee (without the jump obviously), do a clean, and complete with a thruster.

Coop it’s COLD in Michigan!!!! That is snow but it’s the unheated side of the gym and if you walk 8 steps to the east…..your standing in the sweltering heat of south Florida!
Yoga was great today, really enjoyed it. You need to snag a picture of Mark and I at our most flexible… (it’s not very flexible).
Yoga was fun! I’m not very good……I looked down at Mark at one point and he was closer to touching his toes than me.
