Warm Up- 42 5/8″, unfortunately no cameras were rolling, but I do have 3 credible wittnesses in Vinny, J.D. and Shawn.

So, I wussed out on taking a stab at a higher box jump cause I didn’t want to bruise or injure my legs for the cruise that I leave on next week… I know – wha, wha, wha! LOL!
As for the WOD: 12 rounds (even)… dammit blammo – you beat me again, Tom! 🙂

I totally get it Carey. I wouldn’t want to start off the vacation with bruises either. If you’re anything thing like me on vacation, you’ll have ALL WEEK to bruise your legs. ……and that wasn’t a sexual comment people. ha ha ha. That would be from being overserved.

LOL… Joanna – you know me too well… I WILL probably be over-served the whole damn cruise and will more than likely bruise my damn legs in the process! LOL! Maybe I can bust down some bathroom doors again! That still cracks me up every time I think about it!

ended up doing this one Friday evening in lieu of the bench press work
box = 44 3/4
rounds 6……but was really more working on trying to kip that actually hitting the WOD, got my first sequence of kipping pull ups tonight…….good stuff but my shoulders hurt now
