Everybody did a kickass job today!! I think everybody had a PR!! Even the 1st timers were default PR’s. Nice job Sara – She was in the first heat and did an awesome job. 1st workout with the group and she gets ‘Fran’!!

Sorry I missed this one. Sarah and I were welcoming our future crossfitter Ava Turner. Time was 23 minutes. Sarah said while she was pushing she was counting 3 2 1 GO!!!!!

OOOHHHHH, Congratulations Scott and Sarah!!!! Can’t wait to meet her!!!! LOVE the name Ava! That was our “girl” name when I was pregant with Dominic. (before we knew it was a boy, obviously) Hope everyone is doing well!
Congrats Scott!!!!!!!! Your life will never be the same. I remember when we had our first daughter i would stare at her in the crib for hours to make sure she didn’t stop breathing..haha. Enjoy this time, it goes by fast.
