I had a bad experience with this one last December. It gave sore a new standard. My dad happened to be in town for Christmas and he mixed me up this super strong lemon water with fresh lemons. In a couple hours I started to find relief! He said that it helps with lactic acid buildup. I know it sounds crazy, but ever since I drink lemon water when I’m sore.
My point, if you find yourself unable to walk tomorrow, try drinking lemon water. I’m actually drinking mine now before bed!

Did’em on the grass, hands on hips, I underestimated this workout, if my quads are this sore now what is tomorrow morning going to feel like?

I did this one in December also Cat…..that’s why I faked an ankle injury today

Walking up and down stairs today and truly been a pleasure. Did I mention that I REALLY underestimated this workout???
