Conditioning
Complete 150/100 push-ups for time. While performing the push-ups, you may rest in the plank position with the arms fully extended. any other position constitutes a foul and you must perform a short shuttle run before continuing.

and then there was 100 push ups and shuttle runs..11:00….. Way to go Yvette I cant believe how fast u are with them! Great job to everyone and it was fun to stay and play on the equipment!
