When you pause for a split second on a 2 for 1 wall ball you’re asking for trouble!
As for FB… or I should say DL Nick, thats awesome! Picking up 2.7x your body weight is pretty stout (I just ran the numbers for myself and to catch up to him I need to DL 499.5#.)

12:22 for me. Tried to hit the same depth on all of my squats – I think that when doing these it’s important to try to catch the wallball in the same position as you normally would catch a non 2 fer 1 wall ball. Keep that in mind – also, it’s funny how when you get tired you sometimes forget the added squat.
