TGU’s 1.5 pood 5L and 5R with 1 arm OHS practice 1.5 pood 3R and 3L.

93# ish (88# kb with chain) for the TGU. 9:02 Rx’d for the wod. This one jacked my lower back!! but i saw a lot of people grab water during the wod, my mouth was completely dry…it was awful! did that happen to everyone?
