That was hard enough without all the extra sweat pouring off of me. At one point even with a hook grip the bar came out of my hands.
Me too Gunny… the last power clean of the workout, the bar literally flew out of my hands. Coating my thumb in chalk didn’t help any.
Oh, and JD, the “who the heck is this”… come on… I *do* work out, but just cause y’all leave about the same time as I start doesn’t mean I don’t do it 🙂 What was my rounds again for the workout?
Nice job Mr. DeMinico. All I know is you had more reps than me and I didn’t think you worked out either. Apparently you do. Atta boy

The good dance music distracted me. Every time I set the bar down, I felt the urge to shake my thang. 14 rounds+ hang cleans rx’d. Sweaty sweaty sweaty.
