1 person working at a time, both partners mush finish bear crawl together. Looked like about 30 people again…Good times!


Great Day! I got 225# on the split jerk, which is huge for me! Thanks John for helping chase that weight. And I had a great partner for the FreeFit. Donna, you kicked but today… we make a pretty good team.
