I have 2 Questions. Are the prowler and stones gonna be there this weekend? I would love to give them a shot. And
how heavy is the biggest KB?

Greg told me the Prowler was staying with us for a week. I’d love to hit that up again on Saturday. That was some good fun. It was also good to see Yvette, Donna and Sara(h) hit that sled hard….you too, Glen! hah
Do you mean how heavy is the biggest Atlas stone? I heard one is 135#…i think the other is bigger. JD knows…I’m excited about them too.

Finally a workout the cardio-challenged! lol j/k-fun workout…but I wanna get my hands on one of those atlas stones…hopefully that didn’t work up an idea for a workout from JD or Matt!
