the level of “soreness” in my back and shoulders is at an all time high.

A highly scaled version of this wod for me at 28:58. Double unders. check. Knees to elbows. attempts at best. overhead weight. waaaayyyy too light. Everyone worked really hard to get through this one. Nice job Cara with the Rx weight.

The knees to elbows, or my modified version…knees to gut, killed me. I’m surprised I can sit up this morning. Used 105#, but should have went with more, I don’t think the walk was as challenging as it was supposed to be. Finished around 29:55.
Awesome job to Nicole who used 115#, even if she didn’t it know it until the end! 😉

if anyone is available, i need some, well maybe a lot of help lifting my arms any higher than my pockets! Holy smokes that has to be one of the hardest WOD’s i’ve done. i am fried and ididn’t use RxD weight, man o man. 32:17 @165lbs. Screeech, crack, twang……oh shit, there goes my left shoulder!
