Time 10:50 @ 85#
Came close to Justin’s time, which means, need to bump up next time around. Even though my arms are spent from the 85#.

I started to really feel it in my forearms after the third round of deadlifts, I need to learn how to clean without using so much arm.
12:40 something with 135#

I think Justin finished while I was ready to die in my third round. I honestly thought he was joking when he called time. Lol
Way to kick some butt guys, especially John with Rx weight! It was definitely a good night.

Shout out to the ladies that did that WOD Rx; @ 105# – Cara, Cat, Stema.
You girls are awesome!
11:27 @ 85# for me. Same thought as Kerrie. Maybe should have gone heavier.
You know we’re sick when we think to ourselves “i should have made that suck more”.

Cat – you rock!!!
14:42 Rx’d for me. I have a matching set of red spots on my collarbones that are promising to turn into some gnarly bruises…battle scars 🙂

Cara, I only did what I did because you were next to me, making me push hard. I’m still amazed at your cleans. I must learn how you do them so efficiently. You truly impressed me. Funny thing about the bruises…I was in an early morning meeting with my friend/boss and she noticed my chest. She advised me to go home and put on a shirt that would hide them. She said people are going to think I’m being beat at home. 🙂 LOL

I have bruises on my chest and legs 🙁 Cara and Cat you are my heroes!! You guys rocked it out!!!! Great job to everyone, that was one tough WOD! I really did think about quitting and trying to hide under my bar, since there were no rocks to hide under…
Last time I did it (maybe half a year ago?) I *never* thought I’d finish it RX’d, but did. This time, tried to squeeze it in before class, and didn’t have enough time, finished 3 rds in 14:07 at the RX’d weight. Funny thing is, just like last time, I did bigger sets of push jerks at the *end* than I did at the beginning…

@Matt, I think the third round was the only time I broke up the push jerks. The only reason why I didn’t in rounds 4 and 5 was because the thought of lifting and cleaning that weight again was worse than pushing through the rest of the push jerks. I went to my ‘happy place’ on the last two reps of round 5 in order to get through them.
