60 burpees + 30 OHS…… with a bar that I loaded with only 100 pounds! (sorry PFP for screwing up your WOD too).
Wound up sticking around and doing the Sectional 11.4 an hour later, 60 burpess + 18 OHS with the Rx’ed weight

Hmmm…late post, yes…but I can’t see the schedule link right now. I’m hoping Sunday times are 10:30AM and 11:30AM…

It was a great day at the box yesterday…only two more weeks of Sectionals. Time to prepare for June 25th after that!
