You 2 monkeys will do anything to drum up some extra business! Was this a tabata wod and how many patients were sitting in their “waiting” rooms while you CF’ers competed for longest hold? (better than MF’ers). Looking strong Docs. Nice example of anytime exercise
supposed to match your socks to your shoes or your pants. Not your shirt. Cool pic though!
Notice how Doc. C has his whole body in the pic and Doc. J doesn’t…Just saying. The concrete must be slanting 7 to 8 inches in a downward fashion towards Doc. C…just saying.
