What a day to be running outside! A little lightening never hurt anyone! Wait a minute….
Anyway – PR’d this one with 43 pull-ups. Not an exciting number but an improvement over last time (32 pull-ups)

Ok …I am a bit confused…..are we supposed to count rounds……or our biggest set of pull ups….or our total number of pull up reps….sorry for being a ratard, but someone help me out.

Cara – Your post cracked me up. Great intesity on this one (as usual from you). Good job on the TGU’s also. You should work these into your warm-up every week or two.
Coop – Scoring is Total Number of Pull-ups Completed.

Totally forgot to look at the board before I left. I can safely say I averaged 6 pull ups for 6 or 7 rounds, so let’s say somewhere between 36 and 42. Some kipping, many not. Thanks a bunch JD for the help and inspiration to start me kipping. Hope to see you all on Sunday.

Coop I did not add mine up either- Jim thanks for helping us!! I took Nicole on today and I was a little off- the wod on Monday left my arms smoked and the rain was awesome but it let things a little slippery. Vinny – Guinevere was excited her pictures made the site!

Carey, sorry I took down you comment about not know what a GHD back ext was, I thought you were being a smart ass. I did have several other newer members who also were confused by the verbiage. The GHD merely explains what machine is used for the exercise. Kinda Like AB mat sit-up.
I have attached a couple video showing the GHD machine. The video is of a GHD hip ext movement.

You may also hear the GHD (glute ham developer) also refered to as a Roman chair or hyperextension machine.
