1 Minute 15 ft. rope climb
Run 400m
Rest
Start each round every 6 minutes. Your rest period is whatever is left after the run.

I may have been whiney in the beginning (didn’t feel like running)… but in the end, loved the WOD! Rope climbs will be my new obsession next to pullups and DU.

I had fun with this one today. I think I had 124 total reps and got that wallball monkey off my back.
I have some serious bruising on my thigh from rope climbing! The beauty of crossfit…
That WOD smoked me! It was by first time on the rope climbs though, so I chalking some it up to that.
