Actually JJ is not moving. He is in an active rest position at the top of the push up. 🙂 Sorry Jackson once more you were not moving. LOL.

WOD 30:30 rxd
Where was the rest of the 5:30 class? I was all by mysel! After doing the first round of pull ups, pushups and squats unbroken I thought I might have a chance at a decent time! The double unders were a real time suck! Need to work on them big time!
