Puking and CrossFit – I for one believe that if you puke after a workout that you either have a bad trainer, bad diet or are detrained. Sure it happens in rare occasions but should definitely be the exception instead of the norm. I for one do not glorify puking. It doesn’t mean you are more ‘intense’ than the other person or that you pushed yourself ‘really hard’. It just means you are inexperienced, pregnant or coming down with something. I myself have never puked. That being said…
Timmy is leaving us in a few weeks and this video is just too darn funny not to share. So long HAZMAT!
WOD
AMRAP in 20 minutes
5 Thrusters, 95/65
10 Kettlebell swings, 53/35
15 Situps
Timmy, what wod made you puke?
The title is ‘HAZMAT post 500m row’.
Buhahahahahahahahaha!!!! This was when I rowed my 500 meter sub 1:30….I will sure miss JD and that laugh!
JD, couldn’t agree more with you on the puking thing. That being said, when Timmy is coughing it up it is funny.
Ohh Timmy…..that is too funny!! I’m sure gonna miss you!
I saw the title, I just didn’t believe that, only rowing made Timmy puke. But sub 1:30 the reason!
That’s horrible…..poor Timmy. Sooooo maybe tonight you can try for 1:23….? I’ll bring the beer and popcorn!! Whooo hoooo!!!
Is Joanna coming to the Friday night beer wod?!?!?!
Timmy wow well ummmm good job on your row?
You will so very missed my friend. We wish you all the best in Iowa at school.
The baby birds chirping in the background make this video that much better!
I’m going to miss you Timmy!!!!!!
The entire dialog is PRICELESS…Tim’s ability to smile through that?…Probably the only reason I peeked through my fingers while “watching” this video!!
