Found this WOD from CF Excel, they are running work outs for the masters divisions outlined by the CF games.

Ok I’ll lead off and say what the guys are thinking. Nice turd cutter Nicole.
Whoa! Too soon Tom…..lol
I was thinking, what form, the dumbells are extended perfectly over her shoulders. She had active shoulders working for her and her ponytail was was spaced exactly in the back of her head.. Yep thats what I was thinking…………
Gunny has such a way with words. lol
I’m not sure who has had the camera lately, but the blog have been full of female asses and Tom making his O face. Good times!
I heard a certain person with the initials AB had a 95# OHS today. NICE!!!! 🙂
SNOWMAGGEDDON PART DUEX………. I sure hope everyone didn’t drink all of the milk and water they cleaned out of the supermarkets!
I’ve been told I’m about as subtle as sledgehammer.
I can confirm the rumor about AB, and she is quite proud as am I of her.
You guys make me laugh!!!!!!
You are correct Joanna…I pr’d my OHS and got 95# for 1 rep…I was sooooo excited…good job to Nicole too, she did 100# 🙂
Thanks!!!!!!
I was looking from a purely professional standpoint. 🙂 It appears that Nicole has a slight low hip on the right. Maybe time for a little chiropractic care!
Just ask the Baumanns, there are pr’s flying all over that house since starting care! Nice work Amy!
Dr J can you make the big hips go away all together???? Then you wouldn’t know they were lopsided
Dont doubt, dont change a dang thing! Train on and keep the rest of us on our …toes! Looking great Stema. Gunny, i like your style brother..
Stema, I second Dr. C……and like i told Jo……no hating on ourselves allowed. A #100 OHS from a tiny thing like you is awesome…….same with Amy at #95……..way to go, both of you
Ladies IMPRESSIVE numbers!!! I think a heavy OHS is one of the most difficult things in CF………I’m no where near that! Good work!!
Dr. C&J (I love saying that) do great work ….. chiropractically speaking. (Is that a word?)
Coop………..see you Wed???
Thanks all…OHS were a big weakness of mine but definately getting better.
I’ve gotta say my numbers are getting better since seeing Dr J…hmmmmmm, I wonder??? 🙂
Coop is a wise man.
I’ll say it again…why can’t I ever get a good pic on here?!! Can I edit the pics from now on?
If you call that a bad pic, I can’t wait to see a good one!
Jo…so..wish i could be there to see my favorite folks (which includes you), but unfortutnately am in the land of the rising sun…….
I’m gonna have to concur with Gunnys statement. Thanks for carrying that torch brother!
