I asked JD a little bit ago if CrossFit gyms have snow days? He immediately replied “Fuck No”, we will be running all class as scheduled so we will see you then. And I know you wondering if there is running tomorrow, well u will have to show up to find out.
I am feelin’ this one today!! My time was right about 35 min Rx’d – need to work on my K2E and get better range of motion

I agree with Cara and Dave… I’m soooooo sore. My lower back and and shoulders are aching! Ugh! I don’t know what was worse… 1/2 my weight in the KB swings or K2E’s.
I need to figure out how to kip w/ the K2E… “Coastie” gave me a run for my money on this one!

This one crushed me! Looking at the board, I thought no big deal…boy was I wrong!!! K2E were a struggle and I had to force myself to finish this one. Honestly my last 2 WODs (Sunday & Tuesday) have been more of a mental battle then anything. I’m thinking I need a few days of rest.
Time: 36 something – 12GHD per round

This looked menacing from the get go with the heavy KB swings and it seemed to take forever to get done.
34:58 RX’d with the last round doing abmat sit ups as my form on GHD’s was getting really bad.
