50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

Great job today everyone. I really like Crabby’s “electric pants.” They were a big help on the box jumps. It was a close one between Coastie John and JPM. JPM squeaked it out by one second (although Coastie John did scale-up this workout by using #55 DBs). It was also good having Kristine and Brian for GM visiting us today.

This was a tuff one today, but got through it. Not sure how I reached down to finish, but I managed. (Jim) thanks for the positive vibes today… could’nt have done it without cha man!

By the time I got to do the WOD I had been up for about 30 hours straight. Even with that I was still able to turn in a decent time. I lost count on DB Squat Cleans and Back Ext so I actually did 5 more of each of those.

That looks like “fun”… after doing the… um… “I can’t find a polite word for it” called Barbara Saturday, I have no desire to do something like this on Monday. So that’s exactly what I’ll be doing next workout 🙂
