6 celery stalks (diced)
3 cans a various tomatoes (I used what ever was in the pantry)
Jalapeno peppers
Black olives
4 cloves of garlic
Chili pepper (and whatever you have to make it hot)
Brown burger/sausage and drain. Pour a splash of olive oil in pan and sauté garlic, onions, celery, jalapenos. Once soft add meat, tomatoes, olives and whatever you can find to make it hot. Cook and serve over a couple cups a fresh steamed broccoli.

This looks pretty easy to make! And sense there’s no bacon I shouldn’t be setting off the smoke alarm! Can’t wait to try it!

Hey Zuul, that was a fast 5k you ran but apparently you need to pick up the pace. I wouldn’t say you were “draggin ass” but the dog that bit you must have thought so. Hopeful you dont have any lasting wounds….physical or mental. Why dont you carry a gun when you run like most metro-detroiters?
