    have been eating and sleeping like shit the last couple of weeks and it showed. all my weights went down by 5 – 10 pounds compared with last time.

    I can’t remember the last time I did this WOD as it wasn’t in my book, but I did have a great day up until the push jerks.

    120-130-135-140-145(PR)
    135-140-145-150-155 (I think this is a PR, but can’t find any 3 rep WOD’s in my book)
    135-140-155-160 (3 reps, fail) I was pretty smoked by this time and wasn’t keeping the weight in a nice high rack position, but still a great WOD all around.

    I second Hippie’s comments about the warm up’s lately. Thanks Carey they’ve been fun and challenging.
