On Tuesday, we did a good O-lifting learning session, and worked everyone up to some moderate weights. Everyone did well, and they’re learning fast. Andrew is incredibly strong, he was power cleaning weights that he normally does for short sets of back squats. With some more technique, he’s going to be a great olympic lifter. Everyone else surprised me too, power cleaning weights I was surprised to see happening. I think this is going to become a regular part of our routine.
