We will be changing our schedule to now have three 5:00 sessions per week, and eliminating the 6:00 class at present.
The new schedule will be:
Tuesday – 5:00
Wednesday – 5:00
Thursday – 5:00
Saturday – 9:30 (O-lifting) & 10:30 (Crossfit Group)
