We’ve now got a Post-workout-shake dispenser (no, it’s not April 1st, and no it’s not a joke like the tanning beds…) for dispensing post-workout shake mix.
Long story short, we all know that it’s optimal for our bodies to have light meal or shake within about 20 minutes of finishing a workout. But prepping a meal that can come to the gym with you (or spend all day at work with you) isn’t exactly easy.
Enter, the Shake Dispenser 3000. Ok, that’s not what it’s really called, but here’s the drill: Shakes are 4 for $5, or $2 each individually, you pick. There’s a white board (and instructions) right next to the powder dispenser to keep track of how many you have left. There’s also a little mailbox to drop money into.
There’s 2 types of shakes to pick from. One is 2 blocks protein, 2 blocks carbs, and is for the majority of our members. The other is 2 blocks protein, 4 blocks carbs, and is for folks who have no desire to lose any weight whatsoever, are entirely focused on performance for competition, and/or do about 5 workouts a week.
Ask me (Matt) if you have any questions.
Oh, and John, they’re YUMMY!
