We had several athletes compete in last years Oakland County CrossFit Games. It was a good time and everybody had a blast. If you’re interested in giving it a go click here! Matt and Andrea M. are very active members in the CrossFit community and are all around good people. If you don’t have plans that day and just want to come out and watch you can do that too.
